“Overall the stay was great the beds could have been more comfortable. I woke up a few time sweating due to the mattress cover.when we walked down to the river there was a bunch of broken glass from beer bottles it looks like. We cleaned it up. Wonderful cottage though. ”

“The little cabin was perfect for our needs! Very cozy with everything that you need. Really enjoyed walking around the property down to the river and sitting on the porch. ”

“Loved staying at the Birds and Bees Cottage. It was so peaceful waking up each day, sitting on the porch and enjoying the views of the farm. “The Plainfield Cottage is a perfect getaway. We came in for a graduation and were quite busy. However, each time I stepped into the cottage, it felt peaceful, bright and clean. A great retreat to unwind and relax at. Cathy was very attentive on any needs we needed, as there were few because it was well stocked.”

“This was a family gathering to celebrate a UVA graduation. We wanted to stay away from the craziness of Charlottesville. This house was perfect! Everyone in our party raved about how cute, comfy, well laid a house it is! Very well stocked - PLENTY of wine glasses! lol We hit 4 wineries and a brewery (2x) during our stay - all with/in a 5 mile radius! We would highly reccomend and would stay again - for longer - in the future! ”
