“I stayed at another Tru in Albany NY and this did not disappoint. Stayed here 5 days. Loved the comfy bed & pillows, large bathroom, ample towels and cleanliness of everything inside my room and entire property. Parking, good selection for breakfast & proximity to highways was another reason I picked it too. All the staff I encountered were very pleasant. I hope these standards are maintained.”

“I did not like the fact that my room I booked and paid for was giving away although it was booked at least 2.5 months in advance. Paid for a king suite and ended up with a double. But the lady was nice and helped as best she could. Overall we were satisfied and will book again ”

“The place was kept very clean and all the employees were very polite and helpful. The suite had a small but very useful kitchen and real dishes and dishwasher. The only problem we had in the room was the bathroom shower had very little pressure so it took longer to wash my hair. The fans in hotel bathrooms don’t usually work as well but this one wasn’t to bad. The breakfast buffet had a large selection but it never varied. “My partner and I have recently stayed at Woodspring Suites Port St. Lucie. As soon as we arrived. All we had to do was dial “500” using the phone available as soon as you walk in.
