“The property was very clean. The easy clean floors allowed noise to travel between floors.”

“First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP……

“The hotel was very welcoming, clean, extremely comfortable bed. The location is excellent. It was absolutely lovely to stay there. Folks that run the hotel, are very kind and friendly.”

“A little worn, could do with being redecorated, bathroom updating, and so on. No daily housekeeping unless guests request it during a limited time in the afternoon when they are likely to be out. Odd. Can’t put anything in the housekeeping tip envelope if there isn’t any! However, very convenient and acceptable in all other respects.”

“Hotel was a perfect location close to local downtown area and Marina. Lots of walkable trails along the bay. Many restaurants within a few blocks. Nice common areas with pool. Lodge itself was very nice. Only thing knocking it down from five stars was that the rooms were a little dated and noisy. Overall wonderful place. ”
