“We had an incredible stay at this Brigatine Costal Villa house. The house was absolutely amazing—huge, clean, and perfect for our family gathering. Everything felt fresh and new, and the living room and kitchen were super spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed. It really felt like a home away from home.The location couldn’t have been better. There were tons of great restaurants within walking distance, and the beach was just steps away—such a treat! “House was in a beautiful location right on the bay and a short walk to the ocean. Owners were very nice, communicated well and tried to accommodate. Washer and dryer were broken so we couldn’t do laundry. House was a bit musty and not as clean as we’d hoped. Especially after paying an $850 cleaning fee. We were able to bring our dog which was a plus. The access to a dock was great. Kids were able to fish and crab all week. Pictures on VRBO showed access to a kayak but it wasn’t there for us to……

“The property and its location was great it was exactly as advertised. The property manager was really good to communicate with and allowed us to check in early meaning no one was there prior to our stay. Only thing that I thought was ridiculous is they have a nice on site parking spot behind the unit but they charge you $20 a day for it meanwhile the city parking lot next to the unit was $10 a day. I feel that if the unit has a private parking spot off road they should include that in the……
