“It's an older property in a out of the way location. Rooms are big and clean. Beds are comfortable and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Waffle House is nrxt door and McDonald's is across the street ”

“A period hotel built during the Civil War (which seems a brave business choice!) and has hosted celebrities including Elvis Presley and Ronald Reagan. The hotel is beautifully set out around a courtyard. I'm not sure that there is an elevator, so there may be challenges for people with disabilities or difficulties lifting luggage. When I checked in, reception was being covered by the maintenance man but he was very helpful.”
