“Wonderful business stay, staff so friendly Becky was a lovely and showed me to my room, served a great pint of guiness to, the young lady waitress had a lovely welcoming smile and very tentative, owners Ian & Lyndsey very welcoming and so helpful, definitely recommend the food i had steak pie beautiful. And the full English , all well priced. Room absolutely wonderful Definitely will be staying on business again ”

“The Breakfast team are exceptional....food out of this world, one of the best breakfasts you will ever have at a hotel. We are elderly and Olivia was so kind to us during our stay. The pool was wonderful on a hot day. Plenty of beds in the morning and a great escape to the air conditioning in the afternoon. Nicest bunch of people made this a great stay. “Great location near the Cathedral and plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Reasonably straightforward to check in, although the lighting at the entrance and in the stairwell could be improved - I needed to use my phone torch. The room was great and had a lot of character with a modern bathroom. One minor suggestion - they should change their brand of shampoo. My hair has never felt so gross and greasy after washing and drying! But it was a convenient and comfortable stay. ”

“venue is located on a cross roads of the A49 between Ludlow and Leominster which is a fairly busy junction at many times of day & night. Also located next to a 24hour Asda service station and travel lodge which created vehicle move movements at all times of day & night. We ate in the Salway hotel each night in addition to Breakfast and found the food & service helpful and attentive and the room adequate for our needs. We had been to the hotel previously and found it suitable to our needs.”
