“Because the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are new and the hygiene is good, but it is not equipped with drinking water and coffee machines, and there are no microwave ovens and other basic facilities. The breakfast is also very simple, with little food and poor taste, which is lacking as a three-star hotel.”

“The staff were very friendly, and I appreciated the vouchers for room service and the little welcome pack with drinks and snacks! The only blight during my stay was the appalling customer service at the gift shop in the hotel - I have never experienced such outright rudeness. I would definitely the Renaissance Downtown to people looking to stay in downtown Phoenix!”

“Room was very spacious. Beds super comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Free breakfast was also very good. Only thing I don’t like is charging for parking. Parking should be free when already paying for the stay.”

“What a perfect little oasis in the desert! Clean, well air conditioned, excellent linnens. Full kitchen and a king size bed. What more do you need for a family vacation in Phoenix? Host provided one of the best house books I’ve ever seen with multiple sets of directions on how to walk to local eateries. Great section of Phoenix, close to the light rail that can get you to sports in downtown or fun activities around the university. Highly recommend.”
