“Mike arrived immediately for check-in. He was a fantastic host, very informative about what to do and where to go and places to eat. When 2 of our group became ill, he kindly left us energy drinks. Facilities at the house were excellent, property was spacious as per photos and very clean. We would highly recommend this property and this host to anyone planning to visit the Chicago area.”

“The place was perfect for our family of 5. The bathroom was really nice and had great water pressure and different options for spraying the water. It also had a towel warmer. There were a few things that we were missing but they made sure to bring them over very quickly upon request. ”

“The property is very nicely done and thoughtfully furnished. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and very functional. The two stories make it easy to spread out. The main level has two small bedrooms (the queen beds 'just fit') and the secondary lower level has a queen bed and ample space. The second kitchenette is a nice touch. “This was the first time I ever booked a VRBO. Nicole made the process so easy for me and was very responsive to any and all questions I had. The location couldn’t have been any better for anyone going to the baseball game. The patio area worked perfectly for my family to unwind at the end of the day. Very happy this was my first experience. I will be contacting Nicole again in the future for sure if we need to stay again.”

“Very nice home with a parking spot in the rear. Neighborhood was quiet with non-existent traffic. Short drive to Six Flags Great America. More amenities than we needed, however very nice that they are there for family needs. Laundry, exercise space, free Wi-Fi, connected TV. Check-in was easy. Host responded promptly to messages and proactively inquired about our stay. We felt very safe with cameras and motion activated lights on the property. I slept in the bedroom while two teenage girls slept……

“This was a very nice property that was able to hold eight people comfortably. The neighborhood was the most attractive part of this property. It is in walkable distance to a lot of stores and restaurants, and felt very safe. Property was clean and there were many towels and linens available. My only complaint was that the basement was not fully set up upon arrival and someone access the property without us knowing to finish setting it up halfway through our stay. ”
