“The stay was fine. I think the photos are quite deceiving unless I missed the memo.. I thought I’d be entering a beautiful large lobby based on the photos but the lobby is very small with the check in counter to the left and a few chairs for seating to the right. What it seems like is the nice entrance is actually additional photos of the pool area up on the 7th floor. If you hope to check in a bit early this is not the place for you. We dropped our bags at 9am which they were very……

“liked how clean and airy it was- provided the basic necessities. the nearby train is a bit loud but its not terrible. the location is great, train station nearby, walkable distance from soldier field, and some decent food spots. i had a great stay, thank you!”

“Entirely automated check in and check out process - Pretty location and nice room, but felt a bit stressed knowing I could get potentially locked out if I forgot the code or if my phond died. Would have preferred at least one on-site person ”
