The internet went out (provider issue not owners) and we got an immediate response to our email. We felt safe and secure in the garden apartment. Note that parking can be difficult but not impossible.”

Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were shocked by how misrepresented this apartment was compared to the online photos. The entrance we were instructed to use was filthy, setting the tone for the rest of our experience. Inside, the furniture was stained, the carpets were dirty and stained, and the bedspreads had large, visible……

Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and common space and nicely appointed with anything we needed. Communication from host excellent. Lots of stairs to get to this apartment on 3rd floor which wasn’t an issue for us but could be for a younger family or older people. Thermostat was a little more complicated than we were used to so some further direction on operating that would be……
