When trying to get the check-in instructions, there were a lot of hoops to jump through to get the payment to the management company for this property. “Only reason this is a 4 star instead of 5 is that there are two exits in this apartment and if you lock the door handle of the front while you are inside and then leave out the back door and lock that door behind you then you are locked out. Which is what happened to us.
