“Friends and family headed to Boston for our annual baseball trip. The location was good, had access to public transit that some used, but most of us used Uber to get where we needed to go. Fenway 30USD for an 6 person XL. The accommodations were great, large comfortable beds, 3 full bathrooms which was really nice and a good central place to hang out as a group went needed. Very quick and helpful responses when needed. Would definitely recommend and definitely come back.”

“Had a weekend getaway with my mom and sister for Mothers Day and this was the perfect spot to stay! It was a quick walk across the bridge to get to downtown Salem and all of the shops and museums. “This is an absolutely beautiful property; the best we've ever stayed in. The view is stunning. The rooms are spacious and each bedroom has it's own full bath. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is stocked beyond expectations including waffle iron, mixer, etc. which we used all. The host was very responsive when we discovered there was no propane in the BBQ very quickly replacing the tank so we could grill the steaks we had purchased. “This location was perfect for our needs. Very clean and in a nice little neighborhood. Only issue was that I wasn’t familiar with the passcode entry and got us locked out and had to have the code reset. But communication with the host was pretty quick and we didn’t have to wait long. “We spent 10 days at this residence during early May. Temperatures in the area were just right, 55-65 degrees and partly sunny most of the time. Most of our activities were all throughout Boston. We also traveled to Salem and Cape Cod. We did not try the train system but used ride shares, which took about 30-40 minutes to or from central Boston. This home is awesome. “Appreciated the privacy of the location, on the property of an old converted school. The place wasn't completely obvious to me at first but then I recognized it. It was a relaxing place to read, and I slept exceptionally well in that quiet bedroom!”

“This is a very plessant home on the outskirts of Watertown. It's a five minute drive to the Mass Pike but also a short walk into Watertown Square, which has great restaurants. The house is well appointed, including a kitchen that we used to cook a lot, and a very comfortable back yard where we soaked up the early Spring sunshine.”

“Very nice place, clean but very noisy, neighbors loud, lots of banging until well into the night. The beds were hard which we had seen from other reviews but we brought foam toppers and made a big difference. The living room furniture was also not the most comfortable and not a lot of spots for people to sit and relax. Loved having off street parking and location was good with convenience store and Dunkin in walking distance.”

“Six of us came across the country for a funeral in Boston. This was an excellent house. It is in a great location being just a few minutes drive from the T. Family was able to go out to the burbs for the funeral, but still close enough for the younger kids to see Boston during their downtime. There isn’t central air, but being in Boston that can be expected. The third bedroom is non conforming and you have to walk through it to get to the primary bedroom. “Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”
