Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too. excellent hotel location with lots of good restaurants around. there’s also supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance Highly recommend!”

A special thank you to Merline at the front desk, who graciously welcomed us upon our early arrival around noon. She was professional, courteous, & delightful, & we truly appreciated being able to check in early. The restaurant staff, bellhops, & gift shop/gelato store team were all equally warm, helpful, & attentive, which added to the overall positive……
