“My wife and I had a terrific stay here. This cottage style house was appointed with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The area itself was super quite and very safe. We were able to use the community pool and hot tub ( very clean ) and even tried our hand at pickleball. The owner was super nice and made himself available by phone or email if we needed anything. If you like clean, safe, and fun places to stay this would be it.”

“Summer was the most amazing place. It is so charming. It has everything you could want. A cool restaurant, a General Store, beach volleyball, basketball, tennis, a gym, two pools and a hot tub. It is also complete with a beach are and a large pond/lake that has canoe and kayaks available. Another perk is the gated community. “Well maintained property on a beautiful lot. Owners made fishing and boating equipment available and all of it was in great shape. I haven’t been on a paddle-board for a while so that was interesting.Close to Salem, the harbor towns, and some awesome beaches.”

“The cottage was perfect for our family vacation. The home was well stocked and very clean. The WiFi and A/C worked great. The owner was very communicative and checkin was very smooth. The community and facilities are great and friendly. It was easy to arrange for guests and rent kayaks. The lake and beach are quintessential summer memory makers. We caught lots of large mouth bass and even had a school of sunfish swim right up to our feet in the shallows. The location is convenient to highways……

“We stayed here for 5 weeks. I had no idea when I booked it how amazing it would be. My kids say it was the best summer ever. The cottage is so cute. The location is amazing and all the amenities are amazing. They cottage community has so many activities going all the time, the beach and lake are so fun with a dock you can swim to, there is a restaurant on the weekends, riding the gold cart around, the swimming pool… I can’t say enough good about this place! I wish I owned one. Don’t hesitate to……

“Comfortable place to stay on the water overlooking Boston Harbor and downtown. Sunsets are amazing behind the tall buildings of downtown. Trails close by for walking and sightseeing. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. We had trouble with getting any of the TV's to work and there was an annoying flood light shining on the back deck from the neighbors house all day and night. Other than those two things it was nice to have a house on the water with a fantastic view. ”
