“Great stay-- would stay here again-- safe, nice welcome from Cameron at front desk, room was clean and cozy. Bed was very comfortable. Didn't have breakfast. I usually stay in Pittsfield at a hotel that has given me a discount since March when my mother was put into a nursing home. “Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. “We loved staying in Williams Inn! The property was beautiful, the lobby fireplace a warm welcome from the frigid trip that took us there, and our room was very nice! “This charming hotel was one of our better stays. We enjoyed the room, the open areas and breakfast. This is a historic style hotel with beautiful, older wood floors and doors, narrow stairs, and small windows - all charming and the bathroom, while small, had the best shower. The staff was very helpful and fixed a check-in snafu quickly. Parking is at a premium, especially in the mornings but there is an overflow lot adjacent to the house. Loved our stay!”

"Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I questioned her,  And she changed the words to “she “will” try to find one” and I have to go back and wait. I told her I wait at front desk. She started to curse very loud and keep saying ” FXXX BXXX FXXX BXXX”. Unbelievable, these were sentence from front desk to client. She is definitely unqualified to work as front desk. Worst ever motel experience. Never choose this motel."
