“I made two bookings, very easy but one canceled abruptly and the second turned out to be a non-available property and I did not find out until an before check-in. I was credited 100 for my trouble. I recommend that anyone that chooses this method, to reach out to the management agency or owner immediately to get the actual status of the property.”

“We stayed here for one night. It was the night before a funeral. The place was 3 hours from where we needed to go but it was still a blessing. We made breakfast before leaving. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. It was very quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again. ”

“Property manager canceled my stay with no notice. I had already driven a great distance to be there. Took several days for them to issue the refund despite the fact that they canceled the reservation same day. Actually they told me I had to cancel the reservation on my end. I assume this was so they would still get the money from the reservation, but I called to cancel it and explain the situation. Long story short don’t book here.”

“This was a great little place right on the water of the bay. At low tide we had a private tiny beach. It was in a great location and although it was in a very bisy area, it felt secluded. Everything we needed was there at yhe boathouse. It was clean and bright. The host was friendly and responsive immediately. He gave precise directions and we found the place easily in the dark. We had a lovely stay and would absolutely stay again. and was fr”

“It was good but upon arrival a dead roach was found in one of the bedrooms, a roach antenna coming from the top of the bathroom door downstairs , and the bathroom upstairs had a weird smell coming from the sink, underneath ALL the sinks were pretty dirty. There is no cleaning supplies, only a mop and a swiffer. But overall, was a good stay.”
