“This unit in Kingsmill was just as it was pictured and described in the VRBO ad, plus it was clean, attractive, and had a comfortable bed. We were visiting Williamsburg mid April for a friend's memorial, so we were happy to be away from the hustle bustle of some hotels in the area, yet close to the attractions if we desired that. The entire neighborhood that this unit is in is gorgeous; extremely well maintained and beautifully landscaped. This unit is a very short walk to the James River marina……

“Be aware of parking, we ran onto a snag with parking because we drive a larger truck. If your in a car you would have no problem. The owner was wonderful to work with and rectified the problem. We would definitely stay at this owners listings again. ”

“The home was very comfortable for 5 of us with room to spare. Located in a friendly small town. Many extras included. There are many activities for kids. Our grandchildren had a great time, they would have liked to just stay at the property!. The ferry to Jamestown is very convenient and there is much to see on that side. We also visited the town of Smithfield which is only 20 minutes away. We were looking for a nice slow and relaxing pace and found it. ”

“We loved that it was so secluded and peaceful. After a long day at the beach it was a short ride to a quiet little cottage. We loved it and will stay again. The manager was extremely responsive and helpful.”

“Great House - large and clean. There were a few items that could use attention. Upstairs shower has a slow drain and toilet runs, the coffee maker handle was loose and could easily come off. The kitchen could use a few more items but overall great house and location. Thank you!”

“This house was perfect for our extended family vacation. The house is very old but the owners made a lot very nice improvements. You can tell there are more things to do though. Communication was not that great but they were very nice when we did hear from them. Super easy check in”
