“Cute little place not far from the resort Marina. Close to Historic Downtown Williamsburg and a 2 minute drive to Bush Gardens. Gated community so we felt safe. Husband enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the squirrels play, a baby deer nap in the woods while momma was out doing her thing and listening to nature as the sun went down in the evening. ”

“We love Kingsmill. It is peaceful, pretty and convenient. This condo has a great view of the river, and a nice big family room/kitchen for people to gather. We came for my daughter's graduation from college and the grandparents stayed with us too. It was great to be where they could take walks and enjoy the quiet away from campus. Harris Teeter is close for groceries and we could do laundry right in the condo. It was easy to eat at the Kingsmill restaurants also. We didn't have access to the gym……

“This apartment was just about perfect for our visit to Norfolk. It was immaculately clean and cozy. It's about a block from Colley Ave, which has shops, restaurants and coffee places. Parking was usually available on the street, and there was space in a lot behind the building.”

“Centrally located to bars, restaurants and business center. Apartment covers all the bases for a mid-length stay. Other than recommending additional clothing storage, the place was perfect.”

“Exactly as described and well equipped. Occasionally the neighbors were very loud. A leak above the shower from upstairs required 3 days of work but all fixed. Having parking privileges in the city garage across the street makes it all possible, without it parking is expensive or impossible. It is still a bit pricey but first class overall.”
