“This was our second visit (one year later). The friendliness of the staff is still good but the food quality and service has deteriorated. Quite a long wait for food. Understandable as they were busy and happy to wait for freshly cooked food. However all three different main courses were dry and overcooked. “We had a very enjoyable short stay at The Canford. All the staff were exceptionally helpful, courteous, and friendly (Terry, Ross, Ellie, Lena, Taly). Our room was an Accessible room (although we didn't specifically book one) and was quite large and very comfortable, with a large, well-appointed bathroom.
