"The shuttle service is one of the reason I picked this hotel , however the shuttle transfer reservation system it’s a little bit messy. after I make a complaint. The hotel management has arranged the relevant service , however i realised that actually they didn’t do any check up regarding the confirmation, so basically is the backend third-party system gave me a lot of hassle "

"房間很寬敞，設備齊全，出乎意料有兩間浴室，我們住宿了十晚，整體而言經驗很不錯，是個很適合度假的地方，也可以透過簡訊隨時跟飯店溝通需求跟反應問題。飯店內有很多有休閒設施可以使用，像是有簡單滑水道的游泳池、踏板船、腳踏車、健身房等等，很不錯。 缺點有兩項：我們是因為有提供環球影城和迪士尼接駁而住這邊，接駁車雖說是免費但其實包含在每天25美金（稅前）的設施使用費內。另外，接駁車是跟第三方合作，途中會接很多飯店的遊客，這間飯店距離較遠，所以需要比較早起床，比較晚回來，而且我們旅途期間還發生一次不愉快經歷：接駁車遲到一小時，回到飯店已經凌晨。建議大家如果為了接駁車選擇這家可以再考慮。 另外，房間是每隔幾天打掃一次，但是打掃人員有點粗心。我們房間內跟門口出現了一整包的毛巾，房間內的地板也沒有打掃乾淨。"
