“I Stayed in the cutest little cottage. Unexpected coziness. Met with really great owners upon arrival. Their cottage behind their house has a grandly supplied kitchen and beyond comfortable beds. I slept so well. Topped off by the find town it is in, Winter Park, so elegant. Friendly designer shops nested in tree lined shade. I lived my visit. ”

“The inside of this property is excellent being well appointed and equipped. The layout is also well designed.The outside has in my opinion one major issue- the gate to access the inner, more secure parking area. The gate is completely nonfunctional and honestly more trouble than its worth using. You have to hand open each side of this 2 piece swinging gate in opposite directions and prop them open with a brick or stone. Plus the latch to secure both sides is almost unusable. “We enjoyed our 5 weeks in Winter Park. Space was great — especially loved the open living area and balcony with afternoon sun. Master bedroom is huge and other 2 bedrooms very comfortable. Host was very accommodating when I asked if the unit had a desk he purchased one prior to my arrival. Convenient location that is walking distance to shops and restaurants and the Saturday farmer’s market. Hope to return next year. One note that the photos show lounge type seating on the balcony but it is……
