“When looking online the condo looks great when you get there it looks like a old run down hotel the inside looks nice but then there was a smell of poop in the kitchen and there are roaches inside the washer didn’t work it had a horrible smell it leaked water all over the kitchen and the owner didn’t answer when I called or texted on top of us not being able to check in until 5:30 that part he tried to fix but he lied and never showed up to fix or answer my other complaint ”

“Room was good and owner very responsive. Property gym, indoor pool and hot tubs were under construction and we were not made aware of this when booking which was important to us. Air conditioning was not working the first night but it wasn’t too hot so that wasn’t a problem ”

“The complex grounds were very well maintained, parking easy and abundant and the pools were lovely and so enjoyed by all. My only complaint was the squeaky interior doors in the condo that the owner was grateful to hear about and fix for the next guests. ”

“Great location when we stayed for a conference at the Orange County convention center. Easy to walk to Publix groceries, stores and restaurants. Condo itself is nice with easy access to pool, lots and very updated interior. Beds were very comfortable.Only negative is super light on toiletries and cooking basics. Not even salt and pepper and 1 roll of TP in each bathroom for a 4 night stay. We were made aware of this before checkin just surprised as we rent a lot of places and it's never that……
