“We had a great time in Krakow! The bed was incredibly comfy, and the receptionist we met at check-in was lovely and very helpful. “There was an issue in one of the nights a person who was not a guest was allowed into the hotel. It was approximately 3 in the morning and they were banging on our door, despite us telling them wrong room and go away the continued to bang aggressively on the door!
