“Due to a medical emergency, I was very late getting to the hotel. Check-in went smoothly, and my room was clean and pleasant. I usually have trouble sleeping in hotel beds, but yours was quite comfortable. My only "compllaint" - more of an inconvenience - was in the bathroom. As an older woman, I appreciated the bars in the tub, but I had to walk 6-7 feet from it to get to the towels. (I managed!) :-) ”
