“I had to make a last minute switch in my accommodations (literally within a 30min. window of time). And they were able to accommodate me. Service upon check in to check out was wonderful. They understood I was not there for vacation and accommodated my needs as such. Property staff was extremely helpful from the concierge, to parking attendant, to food delivery. Everyone was extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed. ”

“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……
