“We had a great time at Rectory Manor, a lovely old georgian country house set in mature garden of trees and lawn with a swimming pool and tennis court if you want some exercise. Our room (the Hudson) was furnished in the country house style and was supremely comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom was a bit small and slightly dated. The bath was too small to properly soak. On the plus side we had an unexpected balcony that caught the morning sun whilst giving beautiful country views……

“Reception staff very helpful but nobody on reception when I was checking out. Some breakdast items cold but chef helpful cooking poached eggs . Carpets did not feel clean in bare feet otherwise room was clean ”
