“We just got back home after 10 days visiting family in Jersey City, and this VRBO couldn't have been a better choice! It's just as pictured in the photos - modern, spacious, spotless, and beautiful! It was so calming. The rooftop deck was incredible, although we didn't use it only because it was 20 degrees out. The owner was incredibly responsive. Only about a 20 minute drive from the Newport PATH station into NYC - lots of parking there and a nice mall, and right by the water so an amazing view……

“It was a beautiful location, and very easily accessible to the city, HOWEVER, if you have to drive like us it was a nightmare. You have to pay to park on the street. The price wasn’t even a daily price it was in increments of 12 hours. Make sure you are there before the 12th hour because they will ticket you. Also the building was freezing and you are unable to control the temperature, but the space heaters that were provided helped. The owner was very attentive to our concerns and responded……

“I can’t really fault this property. It covered all expectations. If anyone can’t walk up the 5 flights of stairs they can’t handle the hassle and bussle of a very busy New York City. ”

“Accommodation was just right for the 2 nights. Close enough to restaurants and stores that we could walk. Small but cozy and had all we needed.”

“Online listed as a 4 bedroom, the 4th bedroom is in the basement and the tenants upstairs have access to the room. No kitchenware available. No washcloths provided. Listed as having onsite laundry but it cost $40. I did speak to the host at checkout and she stated the laundry for not cost but upon trying to use it asked for payment ”
