“Our family of 4 stayed here the weekend of 4/25/25 for Monster Jam. We would most certainly stay here again. The unit was clean and well-appointed and looked just like the photos. The rooftop area was also as pictured and provided beautiful views of the skyline. The Cozy Team provided excellent communication in a timely manner. Fishtown is lovely and extremely walkable. We felt safe walking around at night with our 5 and 11 year olds. There are many restaurants nearby. The only drawback was……

“The property was clean and spacious. We liked the large TV and that it was very close to the MFL train station, so we could get around easily. There was water damage on the bedroom ceiling that was an eyesore. Also, it would have been nice to have a microwave in the kitchen. Overall, though, we did enjoy our stay at Urban Chic Apartments.”

“The unit looks fine and austere, but a very weird odor persisted in the apartment and getting stronger in the corridor and the elevator. Really annoying and nauseous for someone having higher nasal sensitivity. “My daughter an I stayed here for a Temple visit. The area was safe and surrounded with things to do. When visiting her I will be staying here again. “The bus drops you off essentially at the front door of this hotel making it very easy to traverse around town. The only major downsides I had was a lack of hot water, which luckily I prefer cooler showers. There are a few very good breakfast places nearby however I am unsure about dinner and lunch as I was further away during those times. Overall great experience however if you are a light sleeper be aware it is very close to the train tracks.”
