“The hotel is new and everything is very clean. The location is perfect - near the old town and other tourist attractions. There is a lot of good restaurants and cafes on the same street where the hotel is located. Especially recommend a restaurant called Franca which is right next to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again! ”

“新的這一棟房間裝修光亮採光很好、我選擇2張單人床的感覺床很小，可能是亞洲的單人床睡慣大的了、建議還是選擇大床舒服一點、服務很好跟他們要水都會送上來房間！樓下的spa也挺不錯的有空的話可以去享受一下！游泳池是室內的不大，記得帶泳衣過來享受喔！早餐也可以接受，當然沒亞洲酒店這麼豐富這房間唯一缺點便是洗澡時水會流出地面、而地面卻沒有排水孔導致洗完澡後地面宛如淹水一樣需要用很多毛巾去擦拭吸水！水會沿著浴缸邊緣流到地面，由於地板是大理石所以擔心會滑倒！不建議老人入住”

“Room was very clean and spacious, staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel location was good with old town, castle and river front in easy walking distance. Tram stop 5 mins walk away from here you can get a tram to the Jewish quarter and ghetto. Some nice places to eat near the hotel as well. ”

“Our stay at the Wawel Queen was excellent. The hotel is a short walk to the castle and cathedral, and only a few minutes to the town square. The breakfast was really good here. The hotel staff were exceptional, especially the front desk. We really enjoyed our stay in Krakow and if we visit again we will definitely be staying at the Wawel Queen.”
