“We had reservations for a room with 2 queen beds for two nights for 3 adults. They messed up and gave us a room with 1 king bed. So my adult son had to sleep on the couch. They did provide us with breakfast for 2 of the 3 of us to compensate, but was still disappointed in the mix up. We had made the reservations a few months prior to our stay. That’s why I’m only giving 4 out of 5 stars.”

The staff went above and beyond to help me when I went to take a shower and found that the room I originally was in did not have any water pressure they did not hesitate to put me in another room and make sure I was well taken care of.
