“When we arrived at our room and it smelled a bit like smoke, the staff were there within 3 minutes and then relocated us to a new room with absolutely no hassle—and they even gave us a free breakfast voucher. That was good service.”

When we told the woman at the front desk, she was surprised and offered to upgrade us to a room with a jacuzzi and said that it would be fixed asap. We returned a week later, and the pool was fixed. The entire staff at SureStay was very pleasant and helpful.”
