“The valet staff were exceptional as the first point of contact at the resort. They were extremely helpful, ensuring guests were comfortable while waiting or being transported. They even offered water to help guests stay cool. Overall, it was a warm and welcoming experience that set a great tone for the visit.”

“Fire department very prompt to respond to a false alarm due to room smoke detector but could not watch US OPEN because the channel it was on was all fuzy and maintenance could not correct the problem. All quite comical.”

“We loved our dinner next door and the room was beautiful, albeit no view or balcony. The only real negative feedback we have was that, despite the noise machine they provide for you, we did not sleep at all. The traffic noise was horrible all night and there was screaming, loud motorcycles, and loud traffic noise coming at all hours of the night. Perhaps Friday night on and around King Street is too rowdy but we never had this problem at other hotels on the same road. We could hear EVERYTHING……
