“Its an OK property that obviously caters for group bookings There were about 80 people to check in, and with 5 staff behind the counter, only one person was checked in at a time. Torturous! I had several mornings with no hot water. Not all the facilities are working. The shower area next to sauna has been disabled The toaster at breakfast broke down, and wasnt replaced for 3 days There is not enough elevator capacty in B block, so wait times can be high. Staff will allow use of the service……

“The room key are not working everyday, i need to get down to the lobby and make it work. Location is just in the cross of high ways so the traffic is really really bad, i wouldnt choose this hotel again”

“Loved my stay here, it was close to the mall and pharmacy. Clean hotel, comfortable & beautiful view of the city. I came from the airport around 4am and they let me checked in! Even receive bath robes and slippers. 10/10”

“Really nice hotel but it is far from any shops etc. nearest place is mall of Istanbul but that’s about it. ”

“1.The service staff and the counter are still sweet and provided good service for me. 2.Yes, this time i went I got the same room as first time which I required. 3.I would like to stay next time~just like my home when I fly back to Istanbul.”

“早餐很一般，酒店接团，所以体验感也不好。 请酒店前台喊车，高峰期等了20分钟，问前台工作人员还要等多久。答复“不知道”。然后前台就和安保去聊天了。服务意识不强。 地理位置离机场30分钟，走路10分钟有个小商场，里面有超市和gratis.离景点都挺远，因为是商务区，上下班很堵车。”
