“Very pleasant stay and very accommodating host. Property looked just like in the pictures. Quiet property and friedly neighborhood. Street parking but there was always a spot right by the house. Our dog was with us and enjoyed his stay too! Our host was very responsive to our questions. Check in was easy! We'll definitely consider staying here again when back in Philly!”

“This is a lovely place and the host is great. There are a lot of narrow stairs and no bathroom upstairs, which was a bit tough at night. We were there with an 86 year old so it was necessary to give him the downstairs bedroom. If I was only using the bottom floor it would have been perfect. The home is beautiful and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment. There was a keurig with cups set out nicely but no actual coffee so bring your own. Convenient to all Philadelphia attractions although it……

“Suite was perfect, clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. The host was wonderful and left us delicious blueberry muffins for our first morning there. We came for Longwood garden, it did not disappoint. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. ”

“Lovely house and beautifully landscaped. The upstairs suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for my needs near the Devon Horse Show grounds. The host was super friendly. I would most certainly stay again if the need arises.”

“We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak……

“Nice 4 bed/4 bath option. Clean. Location was convenient to see the historical sites in Philly. Very convenient to have a garage as on street parking is slim pickings!!! Wonderful rooftop area!! Owner notified us ahead of time that, due to heavy rains, the townhouse had a leak. The roof was replaced, but they were still working on acquiring new replacement furniture. Interim furniture that was there was still very comfortable and useful. Fully equipped kitchen, but icemaker in door……
