“Amazing”

“The house was a perfect way to show East coast relatives California. The space easily accommodated 7 adults (3 couples 1 and a 1-year old. The kitchen was spectacular - made it easy to prepare meals. Hosts graciously allowed us to use paddle boards and kayaks. We had a terrific time.”

“We were looking for some R&R near Donner with our adult children & Golden Retriever. This was perfect for us - quiet and welcoming neighborhood, cozy but roomy cabin, walk to marina to rent kayaks, kick-back pub (The Pub) and a surprisingly well-stocked grocery store (good wine and cheese selection)! Cabin was homey and very clean, it had 3 comfy king-sized beds, super-important for our tall family - nice linens, toiletries, plenty of cooking utensils and basics. Loved the outdoor spaces for……

“Beautiful home, great neighborhood, all the kitchen tools, pots and pans that we needed to cook and serve. We would/will definitely return.We had difficulty operating the projector TV (and did not succeed). We thought that a coffee table (of any size) would be great in front of that big comfy couch so we could safely set down a drink and a snack.”

“This house was wonderful for a big group and had a wonderful layout. Monica was amazing and so responsive with her messages. We all enjoyed the game room and hot tub after a long day at the beach and Truckee. 10-15 minute drive to Donner Lake and the downtown area. Would highly recommend. We will be back!”

“We loved everything about this house. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, the kitchen well-appointed and the hot tub hot enough (they often aren't) and in good working condition. It was such a pleasure to be so close to the lake and to the slopes. I hope to rent this house again in the future, it's a real find.”

“Overall, this property was everything that we could've asked for and more. Things we liked: Amazing views off of 3 separate decks. Great kitchen that was fully stocked - bring food and you should have all the tools to make it. Movie Theater seating and ease of using said movie theater (we just brought a laptop). Responsiveness of the property manager - she responded within 2 hours when I texted her on a Sunday night. Sauna, steam room, and hot tub all were awesome, only issue was space because……
