“This is a great option instead of a motel for your stay in the area. Very quiet clean and beautiful location are good reasons to stay here. Be advised though, there are no staff available at the facility and no one answered or returned my phone call. If you have issues like I did with the building entry code, you’re on your own.”

“This was a great find! We stayed one night but was perfect for our family. The complex was quiet which we like and it was very close to Sugar Bowl…extra convenient. The place is like an apartment but a hotel too. It was wonderful to have easy parking to unload all our gear. The kitchen was fully equipped for our food prep except they only had a Kerug coffee maker. It would have been nice to have the option to make it own coffee with a drip maker. “This was a well-laid out condo for the 4 of us who stayed on this visit, The view of Donner Lake with surrounding snow-capped mountains from the Living room is quite picturesque. Instructions from the owner were easy to follow. Centrally located with easy access to Truckee, Squaw and Royal Gorge. Safeway, stores, coffee, and restaurants are nearby or up to a 10 min. drive.Condo is on the second floor and has a nice layout with 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Didn't feel cramped at all. “The property is nicely, remodeled and in a fantastic location for Tahoe Donner ski resort. Walking to get my daughter into ski lessons was very convenient. There are just a few things to note. We had an issue with the pellet stove (one of the primary heat sources), and although the property managers were great at communicating, they weren’t able to fix it before we left. “We had an amazing time at the property. We brought up our boat, were able to keep it at the slip provided and they even had private parking to store our boat trailer for the duration of the stay.
