“The hotel is a bit older, but was very nice as I was able to get a top floor and did not have loud neighbors with barking dogs. At night there is minimal road noise and no loud clubs playing music until 3 am. The room was very clean and had no bugs. AC and heat functioned well. The staff were very helpful and let me store items until time to check in. The area around the hotel is a bit boring but can easily be accessed by taxi to travel to other places. Parking is minimal. “We had a wonderful stay. Our room was amazing. Plenty of space. immaculate. The staff was so helpful and responsive. We loved it so much that we used it twice during the course of our trip.”

“staff is amazing as is location. beds are comfortable and the shower has nice hot water and great water pressure! Beach chairs included with your stay and beach towels. Receptionist are great as are the guards. Stayed in condo # Twenty four and it was great although furniture wasn’t very comfortable for lounging but we were out most of the time so wasn’t too bad ”

“Maya Villa Condo Hotel is an excellent option to stay in Playa Del Carmen. This hotel is clean, in a good position, near to everything. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with good lighting and A/C, also equipped with everything you need in the house. “Adoramos a hospedagem. Fica a 1 Km do terminal ADO e da praia e também a 1 km do Chedraui que é de onde saem os Colectivos para Tulum e Cancun. Ao lado tem um mercado Walmart e restaurantes. O quarto é excelente, tudo funciona, ótimo chuveiro, cama confortável e ar condicionado. Na cozinha dá para fazer café da manhã e lanches rápidos. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
