“Es un lugar accesible, cómodo, con buen espacio para estacionarse. La recepción es más bien fría, entiendo que no es un hotel como tal sino un lugar para estancias largas pero eso no le quita que el personal asignado sea más amable, atento y no tan frío solo dando la llave y una que otra indicación entre dientes mal vestido y con cierto enfado. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y bastante cómodas con limpieza muy buena. La estancia fue muy grata excepto por esa recepción ya mencionada. ”

“The apartment was beautiful so was the roof top pool. Everything wasn't that far away. Only complaints are the address listened & given to me by the manager was not correct…it never popped up on the maps correctly. every time I put in the for an Uber it brought me down the street, in the vicinity but not to the actual property. The apartment smelled like a dirty diaper or old mop water when we arrived but eventually went away. The WiFi wasn’t working at first but got it to work. The employees……

“I felt protected at the property knowing the guard standing outside was armed. Then the extra security of having to be buzzed in the property with the hotels band, made me not worry that much! The hotel gave a woodsy feel, it was gorgeous and elegant however the pool outside my room was NEVER cleaned of leaves and accumulated more each day. Even with the main pool, we had to ask 2x for someone to come clean it! There was a day (after a storm) both the electricity and water gave out and there……

“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
