“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was spotless and had a great ocean view. All of the staffs were amazing. I really like having the app. It made it so easy for us to order room service or contact guest service while we were out on the beach or out for dinner. Food was 7/10. “Unico was an excellent hotel for those who like great food, great service and enjoy sitting by the pool. If you prefer to sit at the beach this resort is not for you at this time of year. The seaweed I know they cannot help, but the beach was not as maintained or serviced as the pools. Also many weddings at this venue, they make sure to turn the on property weddings end at 10pm. The next door venue had fireworks at 11pm each night and loud music until 2am. Overall would highly recommend based……
