“Wonderful resort with great staff and not overcrowded. The morning Buffett is delicious with varied choices of Mexican and American foods, if not so adventurous. “Our trip was amazing. The hotel was beautiful and the service was amazing. Don’t expect Michelin star food, but there was always something on the menu that was great. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an all inclusive.”

“Unico was an excellent hotel for those who like great food, great service and enjoy sitting by the pool. If you prefer to sit at the beach this resort is not for you at this time of year. The seaweed I know they cannot help, but the beach was not as maintained or serviced as the pools. Also many weddings at this venue, they make sure to turn the on property weddings end at 10pm. The next door venue had fireworks at 11pm each night and loud music until 2am. Overall would highly recommend based……

“I really liked the layout of the resort. Walking on the boardwalks through the jungle to the pool was a beautiful journey to take every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again and recommend it to others!”

I first came here 30 years ago, and they have really "upped their game", with a beautiful and large beach area, a great breakfast overlooking the ocean, and entertainment every night. “The Villa Blanca Gardens is my three-star go to in Cozumel, and I have been there many times. It is away from the hustle and bustle and overcrowding of downtown when cruise ships come in and is generally unaffected by boat tourism. Many folks stay here for the dive, snorkeling and other activities that are available just across the street in front of the facility. “Heaven on earth! The resort is surreal. If you're looking to isolate yourself in nature and be hosted by some of the kindest people in the world. Look no further. The pictures give you an idea, but this is a must see in person. Recommended to rent a vehicle if you have a family or a lot of luggage. If you're backpacking, it's a 30 min walk from the main road. Make sure to follow the Google maps directions for VEHICLE only! We got lost for following the WALKING route.”

“This was not the place we stayed at even though we booked it through the site. we were informed it was booked out and was forced to pick the caracol location without explanation or a refund. The experience was beyond horrible that we stayed at a different hotel for a night just to avoid the nightmare we endured during the stay. I will never use this platform and will make sure my colleagues do not either. ”

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
