“This house was perfect! We had 10 people for a 50th birthday celebration and we had everything we needed. The whole area was extremely safe and private, we felt like we had our own beach. Edgar and our housekeeper were great and very responsive. Kim was very quick to reply to wordings our needs before and during our stay. The previous reviews helped a lot...bring water shoes is the biggest! We meet a wonderful neighbor that shared some great informant as well and we felt so welcome. 10/10……

Samuel and Marisola are angels from heaven that made our stay very memorable and special!! We celebrated my daughter’s birthday and had great family connection time. “Lovely position with plenty of outside space for eating and sitting in a hammock and lying in the sun overlooking the beach. We were able to wander down the beach yo the Jungle Fish beach bar for supper if we wanted to eat out. A real highlight was snorkeling nearby with Green Turtles. The owner Jacob was very attentive and he and the groundsman Edgar did everything they could to make sure we had everythjng we needed including clearing the seaweed from the beach for us.Thank you”

“Fabulous stay in August with my family, wife and two boys (18 and 16). Great accommodation, spacious everything you need. The team there are brilliant. The food is fantastic a real luxury to not have to trapse out or cook for yourself. It was sargassum season but the beach was cleaned daily. Still easy to take paddleboards out to the reef to snorkel. Lovely peaceful location right on the beach. Lots provided (snorkelling clear, kayaks and paddleboards). Book and enjoy a great break.……

“We were 2 families with kids 5 kids between 4 and 12 years old.The house is amazing, 2 floors, lots of sofas, tables, chairs and great design, full of beautiful details. Rooms are very spacious and confortable, great a/a, the pool is super fun for kids, lovely garden. We had a very relaxing week watching tv, pool and bbq, visiting theme parks, etc.The house is in a high-end neighborhood called Playacar which is extremely well located closed to restaurants, bars, malls, and the popular theme……

“The home provided for all our vacation needs. The pool was just steps from the back door and the grounds were fantastic. You need to access your own TV streaming services. Great to have the filtered water system. Although we are walkers, stores may be somewhat further for some (at least 15-20 minutes at minimum) but taxis were always available.The kitchen was fully equipped and the house had an excellent BBQ. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
