“The Tulipanes casita on Soliman was great. Property was very clean. It had everything we wanted as two seniors in an apt. like setting. The picture above shows a small section of the great beach that the property faces. It is a very quiet beach; great for walking, and, of course, the water was divine. An offshore reef was accessible for very good snorkeling. The only reason for the 4 rating was the fact that there is major housing construction going on next door, athough, to be fair, we……

“It’s a studio room that easily sleeps 4. There’s not much “hangout” space—no patio or balcony, but the location is amazing and the beach proximity was great. Wish the window that looked out in the ocean had been cleaned. It was so dirty we could really see out if it. Basically, this is a no frills place but served us well and the service by the management company was great.”

“David was a great host. The private cenote is very nice and relaxing. The jungle cabin is very basic if that is what you are looking for, no option for cooking. We enjoyed being able to unplug for the night and listen to the monkeys and birds from the nearby sanctuary. ”

“Great place to stay.”

“The room was nice and the maid service was amazing. But the last week we were there I stepped on glass in the pool. And it was tons of small shards. Which caused excruciating pain. We removed what we could but I just spent 4 hours having tons of pieces picked from my foot. This ruined the end of our trip and I know this isn’t the condo owners fault, it really sucks I paid to stay extra days and couldn’t even utilize them. When I messaged the person in charge of the condo they were not concerned……

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
