“Nous avons aimé l’endroit, très calme. Malheureusement, impossible d’utiliser la mer car elle est rocheuse. Les chaises dehors et dans la cuisine ne sont as confortables, le divan sans accoudoir ne l’est pas non plus. Nous avons adoré le lit et les oreillers. La piscine est très bien. La petite piscine privée derriere n’est même as nvitante. Condo plus petit que les photos le proposent. ”

“This was our first experience in Playa del Carmen not at an all inclusive resort. The area was very safe and we were able to walk to 5th ave safely. The house accommodated 7 people with no problems. The house was very clean.”

“Loved how walkable it was to get to restaurants and we had great services. This was a girls trip and we truly had a great time. The house is very welcoming and the beach is second to none.”

The listing doesn’t mention this but there’s someone guarding the community (at least during the day) which was a nice surprise! We had asked Mari if there were any disposable cups and she said no but went out and got them for us, she also did a few pieces of laundry for us for a small fee. It was great to have her and Jose near the property. She doesn’t speak English but we had a Spanish speaker……

“The house was spacious and comfortable, and it had everything we needed. It is right on the beach - it’s not a swimmable beach but the sound of the ocean was very relaxing, and we hung out a lot in the gorgeous pool/patio area. The caretakers, Wilbert and Gloria, made us breakfast and dinner a few times and it was always delicious! They were so helpful, keeping the space tidy and offering recommendations if we asked. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
