“Der Check in, als auch der check out verlaufen eigentlich ohne Probleme selbstständig. Man muss sich lediglich beim Check in ein Bändchen holen. Die Kommunikation gestaltet sich jedoch etwas schwierig, da das Personal kaum bis gar kein Englisch sprechen. Deshalb muss man sich versuchen mit Hand und Fuß zu verständigen, was uns gut gelungen ist. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön und der Pool auf dem Dach bietet eine schöne Aussicht, als auch eine gute Abkühlung bei hohen Temperaturen. ”

“Everything was perfect. Service was on point; everyone that works there was friendly. Papi made you feel at home and has a good personality and sense of humor :) Toiletries and rooms were all clean and practically brand new and had such a good aromatic smell that made you feel like you were in paradise. Would definitely recommend and reconsider coming back ”

“Great communication before and during our stay. Felt safe and secure inside and out. Apartment was clean and well-kept with all amenities you’d need. Only complaint might be all the overhanging foliage as you try to make your way through the grounds so no real disaster!”

“Enjoyed stay, studio was compact but contained everything needed; free, onsite, laundry was a bonus for the extended stay. Rooftop deck is small, but provides everything needed to enjoy the sun. Only con is noisy neighbourhood, excessive numbers of dogs that bark continually including all night long. Difficult to find, doesn’t seem to have a specific address, no exterior signage, airport transfer had trouble finding it. ”

“Hotel front desk immediately made you feel welcome and explained everything well. Italian restaurant on ground floor provided a very good free continental breakfast. Coffee, juice, fruit/muesli bowl and toast jam. There is a fair amount of noise that comes into the room from the restaurant up until midnight, so take ear plugs and you won’t notice it. ”

“Great staff. They really take good care of you. Pool area was excellent. Lots of wildlife around the resort. They do a great job clearing the seaweed before you get out to the beach. Food was very good. The only issue we encountered was one morning asking for assistance at the front desk. The girl name “Julie” and wore a “Linkin Park” jacket which I don’t believe that was her real name since she was reluctant to give it seemed burdened. She gave generic answers without trying. Had a terrible……

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
