“Very beautiful condo, had everything you needed for a great stay, located on quiet street 1 block from the end of 5th ave with tons of amazing food options right outside your door. Roof top pool was beautiful with nice loungers up top. Had hot water! Communication was great with hosts. Would definitely stay here again. They offered complimentary cleaning service once during the stay but we didn’t feel the need to use! ”

“Warning! Don’t book this place. My reservation got cancelled on the day I was scheduled to check in. The listing states that I will get instructions by email 48 hours before check in. I didn’t get any email and I got anxious when I didn’t get any instructions. I noticed the contact number provided was INVALID. The number was listed us 55555, a fake number. This host obviously doesn’t want anyone to call him/her for information/confirmation/questions. In the afternoon of the day, I got a message……

Sure there were a few minor inconveniences that came with the inside of the place but overall it was a great experience and everyone in my family loved it.I cannot stress enough how amazing the location was. It was so close to several beaches (under 5 minutes to the closest) and a 2 minute walk to the famous 5th ave. The customer service of the property company Vacasa is stellar. Everyone is very responsive and they definitely deserve a 5 star rating!……

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
