“We enjoyed our stay very much at this condo. It is very well equipped, the owner has thought of everything you could possibly need on vacation, beds were comfortable & the communication from Jessica was excellent. We would definitely stay at this condo again in the future.”

“There are many places to stay in Akumal, but as a couple, this was perfect for us. The place was always cleaned everyday, and the grounds were also clean. We wanted a place we could have a private getaway, but a great oceanfront view. Some may complain of the palm trees that block a portion of the ocean, but we thought they added to the view. Most days on the beach it was hard to count a handful of people you could see. The deck was quite large, with plenty of privacy. The lighting at night was……

“This was an amazing stay for me and my family. This was a short notice booking, and we had difficulty finding lodging in Playa Del Carmen. We had to leave a place that was already booked due to lack of A/C. Steffen and Wendy were so welcoming and offered local places to visit. I have traveled the world with my family, and for me and my parents this was one of the best places we have stayed. I definitely will book again.”

“The property was fabulous and the staff were very friendly and helpful! It is great to be so close to see and hear the water right from the condo. We loved snorkeling in Half Moon Bay and Yal Ku. The location is perfect - a nice walk to everything in Akumal. The sargassum seaweed was just starting to pile up - hopefully nature will help it subside in the coming years. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.Just a note, the bed is high, but they have stools I was alright but I could see some people struggle with it.The location is fantastic! Management was on top of everything before and during our stay! I loved that the transportation, massage, car rental were all local to Akamul. Not large corporations. I hope this continues! Everyone we met was super helpful and kind. I can't wait to return!!!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Really clean and well kept. Sergio (property manager) was extremely helpful, responsive and spoke excellent English. The apartment just needed a few additional kitchen items. The location was great( some traffic noise at night, but could still sleep). Walking distance to everything. “Just a long weekend for relaxing on the beach, snorkeling, eating delicious food, and taking some walks. The location on Half Moon Bay is perfect for easy access to the snorkeling in the bay where we say sting ray, cuttlefish, skate, turtles, and tens of thousands of colorful fish in and around the reef. Seaweed was a bit gross along the water edge, but no smell because of how they treat it. La Lunita restaurant, located at our building, was delightful and delicious. Everyone is so friendly.……

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
