“I love hotel Wayne for its historical character, its distance to everything honesdale, and having the restaurant & bar downstairs with Paulies food directly behind it. The 2 bedroom apartment is over the wine room which is nice since it’s a private (and only 1 ) stairway. While there’s limited hotel accommodations, this one will give you everything you need. I will always upgrade from the standard room (which I’ve stayed in - there’s a reason for upgrading !)”

“Our experience at Lake Wanoka Resort in the Poconos was absolutely amazing! The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway for my husbands birthday. It felt like a true home away from home. The peaceful setting, surrounded by nature, made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The resort grounds are amazing. The surrounding forest and lake were large and completely open for exploring. Rooms are huge and incredibly well appointed. Food is 5 star for breakfast, lunch and dinner. ”

“Old hotel with history in a very nice small town. You must check in at Hotel Fauchere two buildings down the street. Staff friendly and helpful. Must walk up to second floor. Street side is a little noisy with traffic. Everything clean, fresh. One complaint...the pillows are way too firm. But thats why i alwsys bring my own. ”
