“Check in is remote, if you don’t have wifi (service) you won’t be able to get in. Customer service also can’t be reached if you have no connection, luckily the business next door was open and they granted us access to their wifi. There are few dining options near by but there is a small convenience store next door. The location is perfect to visit Zaanse Schans. It would be great if you could rent a bike at this location. “The staffs r very nice and helpful! Facilities are wonderful!Rooms r clean! The experience and satisfaction of the stay is more than I expected! “They didn't change the bedsheet! When we arrived the room, we found out there were some makeup dirties (the girls make foundation and lip balm) on the bedsheet, we called the reception but been told that room service is closed. Second day, after the cleaning, we found the bedsheet was still the same one... But the reception is very friendly and made us feel great. Hope they will improve the cleaning.”

“nice neighbourhood, quiet and safe. 24 euros from airport to hotel by Uber, 8 minutes walk from tram station. Very cozy bed. But not sure it's as excellent as other 5 stars, maybe hotels are better and better equipped and decorated nowadays.”

“I have stayed at this hotel the last 3 times I was in Amsterdam. It is conveniently located near a metro and can access the city easily. The hotel is very clean and has a restaurant and a bar. Disappointing service

"I emailed the hotel as my check in time 7am, that's why I booked extra day, the hotel confirmed by email. But when i checked in they cannot find my record, also i requested room close to elevator as i had many luggage, they put me at the last room at the end of corridor."
