“位置有點難找。酒店整體上不錯，房間寬敞，整潔，早餐豐富，多生果，唯一缺點就是咖啡不好飲。”

“Overall it was very nice. But We didn’t appreciate the step up into the bathroom. It felt like you’re on a ship and had to step over a trip hazard to get into and out of the bathroom. We had to leave a flash light by it at night so we wouldn’t trip in the middle of the night. Breakfast Buffet was minimalist and had to make your own coffee. Was disappointed with that. ”

“酒店位置较偏僻，周围环境一般，没有什么可看的景观。在这么一个地方弄出这么贵的价格就需要搞些噱头，譬如灯光秀什么的，但其实这个秀也一般般。灯光秀是在酒店自己的内庭中投射的，故标着Light Show的房间反而是朝内庭的。所谓Executive的房间并没有什么行政待遇，只是有个单独辟出的房间里放了一些回软的小零食而已。房间打扫不充分，地板上有一卷毛发都没有清除、洗脸池油油的下水不通畅。早餐也不好吃，都是些廉价或回软的食物。”

“Great location, just walking distance to the metro and tram stations. Breakfast buffet didn’t have many choices but everything was good. Really appreciate they provide the water in glass bottle instead of plastic ones. This will be my top choice to stay if I visit Lisbon again!”

“Fantastic location, great ocean view, excellent service, and a delicious breakfast. My only concern was with the shower, which was lukewarm on two of my three nights. When I reported it to the front desk, they explained that it was due to high demand at the same time, but this didn’t make sense, as it wasn’t a busy season. For a four-star hotel, I’d expect a reliable hot water supply regardless of occupancy. Overall, though, a great experience with just this one small issue.”
