“The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.”

“It was adorable and great location. The service was excellent. Our charge, as we thought was about $100. But at checkout it was additional 90. We were told to "come, in it's free" regarding breakfast, it was not. Too much $ for breakfast. ”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The room is clean and tidy. But the bar opposite to the hotel was too noisy through the night which affacted my sleep.”

“A clean, moderately-priced hotel very close to public transportation and well-located for walking in the historic centre. Our only complaints are the elevator was out of order and the bathroom was very small, making it problematic for tall people to use the toilet.”

“Always a winner for me ! You are in the heart of the city and just yards from a car park ! Staff are friendly and helpful ! There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room and the staff aren’t really keen on giving you milk ! But that aside it’s a great hotel for Caen and d day stuff !”

“地點一流，在市中心，可步行到很多景點，附近亦有巴士和輕鐵站。前枱服務員亦很有禮。房間整潔。但酒店沒有冷氣，開窗後空氣仍然不流通。而且街道很嘈吵。窗口太大，開窗後不能關上窗簾，早上會被陽光照醒。希望房間能提供足夠的沖涼液。”
