“No service except one room. There is no drinking water in the room, no hair dryer, and the air conditioner is very loud. There is no official reception in the hotel, only a small window like a prison visitation for you to check in and check out. It feels very unsafe. When I went to a nearby restaurant to order food, the boss told me to be careful when I went out, it was not safe here. I will never go there again.”

“步行到universal，可以选择，早上走到过街天桥那边，有环球影城的车可以做到门口。住宿了一晚，比较方便，接待的人很热情”

“住宿三天，有一晚是停电的，第二天早上也是断断续续的停电。至于其他都还挺好的！离Hollywood、星光大道都还蛮近的，开车几分钟就到了。”

“El personal fue sumamente amable. Lo malo es su nivel de mantenimiento de las instalaciones. El lavabo del baño no servía así que todo el tiempo tuve que usar la regadera para lavarme manos. La regadera tarda siglos en que salga agua caliente y no es muy caliente, apenas templada. ”

“The property had a boutique hotel vibe, with a limited number of rooms and an old Hollywood feel. The courtyard was very zen, and the location is very central. However, the best part of my stay was the staff, who were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and kind. I was genuinely surprised, as Californians often seem snobby and short. I will stay there again. ”

“ Our first stay at Sunset Marquis, but I can’t imagine staying anywhere else the next time we visit LA. Great location. Beautiful updated rooms. The vibe of the property and bar can’t be beat. We unfortunately didnt have a chance to try the restaurant, but we will next time! The staff was friendly and efficient. We had one issue with the mini fridge in the room. But Teresa in housekeeping was very helpful. The valets were super fast in getting our car every time. We will be back ”

“Beautifully decorated, very friendly and welcoming. Loved the food/bar option at their Bistro area. Room was roomy, comfortable, and the bathroom was huge and stocked with little extra touches.”
