“The customer service was outstanding. Nani was amazing making us feel at home and any of our questions were treated as a high priority. I would totally recommend this place thanks to its friendly and helpful staff. Same goes for the gentleman managing the breakfast, he was incredibly helpful. Also I think "Vivian" at reception was more than helpful printing some important documents. It feels like this hotel has some good staff that they really need to keep :)”

“Not so good,because I'm booked the hotel that I think it is very near from the airport,but,we have big problem to go to the airport,and we finally took a taxi by ourselves, In fact,far from the airport,if you want to go to the airport,I suggest you not to live this hotel,not convenient.”

“Well appointed, diversed and good service with breakfast buffet. Very professional and friendly staff. Juaquin checked us in was great. The ladies at the breakfast were attentive. The lady shuttle driver that picked up at the airport at about 530 pm on 02/24 helped us with the suitcases. The cleaning lady greeted us while walking to the elevator. We loved the beds. The blackout drapes were excellent. My wife felt she had one of the best night's sleep ever. Even the security guard was friendly……

“Excellent room and hotel not a fan of glass doors on the toilets into the room though this seems to be a common theme nowadays ”

“I only picked this hotel because it was the only one available on a holiday weekend, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was definitely like walking into old world elegance. I kind of wish I had been able to stay longer, but I'll know about it next time. Every detail looked attended to and the grounds were gorgeous! I showed up quite late and the gentleman at the front desk greeted me by name since I was the last one to show up. Very nice.”
