“The suite is very convenient, clean towels. The room needs some maintenance, such as one side of the trim panel above the curtain is peeling off 1 inch, the location of the hotel is very good, it is very close to the airport, the swimming pool is closed in winter, and the gym is not found, the room There is no hair dryer. I stayed for two days and the waiter did not knock on the door. There is a free breakfast, I only found out when I checked out.”

“One major dislike was that we had to pay for parking and another was the lack of chairs in the pool area. That being said the pool was warm and enjoyable! One thing I really liked was the environment, it was fancy but not too fancy that I felt like me and my family with young children were out of place. The staff and other guests were all so kind. The elevator was a huge hit with our youngins! We don't visit KC often, but if we do we will definitely be staying here again!!”

“The service was easy, kind, fast. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Our crunchy family took full advantage of thebfull kitchen in our suite to reheat our healthy food. We could easily have cooked from scratch here. Breakfast was big and delicious. The facilities were lovely: great pool & 2 workout rooms had just what we needed, large lobby with various coves 2 tv's with remotes handy. Only complaints: the patio furniture could have been cleaned & arranged……
