“While our trip was excellent, the property was not. First, gaining access was a challenge. We were given the wrong code, which happened to be the owner's unit on the other side of the duplex. The second code didn't do the trick either. It was the third code that worked. Some things to note...the bed in the master bedroom was horrible. It squeaked practically by just breathing. The "heated" pool was only heated on the first day. When we called about it we were told that it was on a timer and……

If you're ever there, be sure to try the lounge drinks, made with great care. Thaís at the front desk was incredible, as was her co-worker. I don't remember her name exactly, but I think it was Adriana (a Brazilian from Brasília). In short, this hotel won our hearts.”
“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”
